An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts & Operations Assistant to join a London-based talent agency who represent some of the leading creative talent working across the UK and US today.
This role supports the Head of Finance & Operations, combining finance administration with operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office.

Key Responsibilities
Raise and track invoices, process client, staff and supplier payments
Support accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Maintain accounting systems and databases
Assist with payroll administration and expense reimbursements
Process agent expenses and maintain accurate client financial records
Provide day-to-day operational support
Assist the Head of Finance with ad hoc projects
Monitor exchange rates and currency conversions
Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 years’ experience in an accounts role (essential)
Administrative/operations experience (desirable)
Experience with Xero or similar accounting software
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Excellent attention to detail, an analytical attitude and data accuracy
Highly organised with strong time management skills, with the ability to hit tight deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with Tagmin (advantageous but not essential)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Accounts & Operations (Maternity Cover) to join a London-based Talent Agency representing leading creative talent across the UK and US. The agency operates within a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is known for its supportive culture and ambitious outlook.
The Role
This is a mid-level, hands-on role overseeing the financial management and operational running of the business. The successful candidate will bring a highly organised and proactive approach, managing everything from invoicing and payments to bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll assistance, and day-to-day office operations. Reporting directly to the Managing Directors, this role will lead the day-to-day finance and operations function, taking full ownership while managing their team’s Accounts Assistant.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, variety, and working closely with both internal teams and external partners.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a finance or accounts role is essential
Proven experience using Xero or similar accounting software, essential
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, essential
Experience with Adobe Sign or Docusign, desirable
Experience using Tagmin is a distinct advantage, though not essential
Operational experience is highly desirable
Entry-level AAT, IAB, or related bookkeeping qualification would an advantage but not essential
Experience in an agency would be favourable
